Join top FinTech experts for 3-days of relationship-building, keynotes, emerging FinTech content, deep conversations, and, of course, cabanas on South Beach.
We expect this program to be eligible for up to 5.5 hours of CLE credit in 50-minute states and 4.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. This course is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. TechGC has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board and the State Bar of California as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education. Additionally, we will seek CLE accreditation in IL, WA, FL, TX, PA, CO, GA, and any of the other 50 states upon specific request from an attendee.
This Offsite will take place at The 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami, Florida.
We have negotiated a discounted nightly rate of $499 +tax +resort fee (Usually $800/$1000++).

- MIA, Miami International Airport
If you're flying in from out of town, we recommend flying into/out of MIA, just a 20 minute drive from 1 Hotel. Ubers and Lyfts are a fast and budget-friendly form of transport to and from the airport.
This Offsite is intended for GCs and CLOs of late-stage FinTech companies, by invitation only. Please note, we will be hosting the TechGC SaaS Offsite at The 1 Hotel in Miami the three days following the FinTech event. If you think your organization is more aligned with the SaaS Offsite, please reach out to Kellianne Hickey at kellianne@techgc.co for more information. At this time, the Offsites have a limited number of spots. In order to allow as many members to attend as possible, we are not able to accommodate members attending both the Fintech and SaaS Offsites.
